Dinner:
Kalops (Swedish beef stew) with new potatoes, rainbow carrots and parsnips
Fresh green salad with pickled beets and creamy horseradish dressing (on the side)
Limpa (bread) with butter
Swedish mushroom tart
Kladdkaka cake with creme fraiche and raspberry coulis

Breakfast:
Swedish Pancakes with lingonberries and cream
Bacon
granola and yogurt buffet with fresh fruit

They have coffee/ tea/ instant hot chocolate available most of the time. 
Please bring snacks and/or beverages to share if you can for the intermission, since with all that dancing we'll need a little refreshment for the second half!
